Welcome to our web site! Here we’ll share with you some of the inner workings of sales and marketing expertise learned over three-decades of producing some of the best marketing vehicles in the U.S.A., Europe, and South America. From advertising, radio, TV, Internet, and live presentations we create solutions that we call “strategies.”
We were founded in 1978 in San Diego, CA and at that time we were known as the Robertson-Nicol Corporation. Mr. Nicol retired from his position in 1980 and Performance Strategies, Inc. was established. We are a privately held company located in Irvine, California and headed up by CEO Will Robertson.
Over the years that followed Performance Strategies created 27 major video training courses for retail sales and management development, CRM and Customer Service training. Over 240 professional audio productions were also created and used by over 36,000 sales and management professionals in a variety of industries. Several subsidiary companies were created to provide elements of marketing education including LCA Studio Productions, a video production firm, still in operation. Specific Image Studios was created to handle the many photographic needs of our marketing campaigns. Medical Marketing Associates was created to address the special needs of the medical communities where our marketing work can be seen on the Internet at www.medicalmarketingassociates.com and Mobile Profits, LLC was created to accommodate the latest trend in mobile phone text advertising. Cell Train was created in the early 90s to accommodate the exploding cell phone industry’s need for sales and management training at the retail level. Cell Train produced and sold over 20 video productions to virtually every cellular company in the U.S.A. If you were or still are in the cellular industry you were very likely trained with the use of our products. We eventually contracted with every Bell Operating company in the U.S.A. to produce and deliver marketing campaigns, training programs, live seminars, and keynote presentations at their national conventions. Mr. Robertson is still actively engaged as a speaker at national and international events for this industry.
