Welcome to our web site! Here we’ll share with you some of the inner workings of sales and marketing expertise learned over three-decades of producing some of the best marketing vehicles in the U.S.A., Europe, and South America. From advertising, radio, TV, Internet, and live presentations we create solutions that we call “strategies.”

We were founded in 1978 in San Diego, CA and at that time we were known as the Robertson-Nicol Corporation. Mr. Nicol retired from his position in 1980 and Performance Strategies, Inc. was established. We are a privately held company located in Irvine, California and headed up by CEO Will Robertson.

Over the years that followed Performance Strategies created 27 major video training courses for retail sales and management development, CRM and Customer Service training. Over 240 professional audio productions were also created and used by over 36,000 sales and management professionals in a variety of industries....

I’m Will Robertson, President and CEO of Performance Strategies, Inc. I’ve had the distinct pleasure of serving the needs of hundreds of major corporations on four continents in the 33 years that our parent and subsidiary companies have been in business. We operate five international companies that meet the needs of marketing, sales, management and CRM strategies from direct to retail and online operations.

I spend about 100 days per year delivering 5 titles to domestic and international audiences including
